I. Design and Manufacture Standards

All kinds of valves provided by our company are designed, manufactured and inspected according to GB, JB, SH, HG, CJ and other related domestic standards as well as ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN and other foreign standards.
 

II. Product Quality Assurance System

Our company has obtained the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification of CQC Company, and has a perfect quality assurance system.
 

III. Quality Control

All sub-suppliers are inspected and evaluated, and all products are purchased only by qualified sub-suppliers. The raw materials, outsourced parts and outsourced parts supplied by the supplier shall be strictly reviewed when they enter the factory, and the qualified materials shall be inspected before they enter the warehouse.
 

Qualified chemical composition analysis sheet and physical performance test sheet are available for the supplier's castings, forgings, steel castings and stainless steel castings.

The system of "double and three inspections" should be strictly implemented in product manufacturing, and unqualified parts should not be ordered, assembled or manufactured.

After assembly, the strength and sealing performance were tested according to GB13927, JB/T9092 and CJ/T3056 standards (medium is water, kerosene and gas).
 

Our company is responsible for the quality and delivery time of the products. The quality guarantee period is one year from the date of delivery and lifelong maintenance. Our company is responsible for the consequences of product quality. If the consequences are caused by improper operation, our company will maintain the equipment at the lowest cost.
 

Supply promise

We guarantee to provide new defect-free products, as well as related drawings and other technical documents. When the goods arrive at the site, technicians will be sent to the site to provide free technical guidance, training, installation and commissioning.
 

Two hours after receiving your reply on the quality of the product, you will be responsible for handling the quality of the product until you are satisfied.

After the operation of the project, the company will send an inquiry team led by the chief engineer to collect feedback on product quality and other information in order to improve.

Our company provides customers with after-sales service hotline, technical hotline and quality assurance hotline respectively. To ensure that the relevant departments have 12 hours of service, and the main staff 24 hours to open mobile phones to provide services.
 

Our company is responsible for free maintenance or replacement and compensation for losses. Technical advice and services are provided free of charge.

All products will be sent to the designated place of customers in time and accurately. With the product package, there are product instructions and certificates. If customers need, our company will send relevant personnel to the site to guide installation and debugging.
 

After sale commitment

Define the preferential conditions of after-sales service and the response time of warranty: Arrive on-site maintenance within 24-36 hours (48 hours outside the province) during the warranty period. After the expiration of the warranty period, specify the routine maintenance time and maintenance commitments.
 

Valve equipment provides free maintenance for one year and free spare parts list within this period. In case of damage caused by non-human causes (except force majeure), our company will replace and repair in time and free of charge.
 

Equipment requires lifelong warranty. If the buyer entrusts our company with maintenance after the expiration of the free warranty, our company will maintain and replace the equipment (ex-factory price), and list the maintenance contents in detail.
 

Our company provides the minimum service life of the equipment. During this period, the buyer has the right to trace the seller's liability for serious and extraordinary accidents (except for the cause of force majeure) caused by non-human operation.
 

When a certain equipment stops or changes its name, our company notifies the buyer of the plan of stopping or changing production in advance, so that the buyer has enough time to purchase the spare parts needed. At the same time, our company provides the spare parts drawings and related technical parameters free of charge.
 

Accompanied Services Provided by Our Company

Installation and commissioning is responsible for equipment maintenance, operation and training of operation and maintenance personnel, providing the above services free of charge.

Required spare parts: Standard configuration accessories and special tools to ensure the normal operation of the equipment are included in the bidding price of the complete set of equipment.
